Q. What are the benefits of wearing Micromassage Magic?

A. Micromassage Magic shorts and hosiery are effective for the prevention and treatment of cellulite and some other vascular conditions. They also improve the contour line of the bottom, hips and thighs.

Q. How does the Micromassage system work?

Q. Who should be using these Micromassage Magic products?

A. Any woman can get cellulite. Micromassage Magic shorts can help prevent cellulite as well as treat it, so really anyone can wear them, regardless of age or size.  They are also great shapers, so can help redefine your shape under clothes as well as on their own.

Q. What is Micromassage Magic made from?

A. Micromassage Magic shorts and hosiery are made from a combination of 80% Polyamide; 18% Elastan and 2% Cotton. They have a hygienic cotton gusset.

Q. Will the Micromassage Magic material irritate my skin?

A. The fabric should not irritate skin as it has an inbuilt antimicrobial component which allows skin to breathe through the fabric. However if skin is irritated after wear, do not continue to wear and consult your GP.

Q. What do compression levels refer to?

 

A. Compression levels - 'mmHg' stands for millimeters (mm) of mercury (Hg). It is the average measurement of compression firmness at the ankle. Micromassage Magic shorts have a compression level of 12mm Hg, which is Extra Mild compresssion. Click here to view Compression Chart. This compression is preventative, keeps legs healthy and promotes prevention of cellulite and spider veins, minor swelling, fatigue and cramps.

 

Q. How do I know what size I need?

A. Micromassage Magic sizes are worked out by a ratio of height to weight. The sizes range from S (Small) to XXL (Extra Extra Large). Please refer to the Size Chart to find your appropriate size.

Q. How do I look after and wash this garment?

A. MicroMassage Magic shorts may be machine washed at 30C in the delicate/wool cycle. They should NOT be ironed, tumble dried or dry cleaned.

Q. If I order online, is my order secure?

A. We utilize the latest technology in SSL security and encryption and your credit card details remains encrypted on our secure servers at all times.

Q.  Can I order a number of items to go to the same address?

A. Yes. Please see the Postage and Handling table for shipping costs. For more than 3 or 4 (Australia or New Zealand respectively) items, please contact us.

Q. Will I save on delivery if I order more than one item?

A. Yes. In most cases if the items are all included in the one package then it will be saving on delivery costs. Please see the Postage and Handling table for shipping costs.

Q. If an item is damaged in transit, what will happen?

A. Contact us and an agreed substitute replacement will be dispatched ASAP. For details please refer to our Policy page.

Q. Can I return an item?

A. Please refer to our Policy page for details. As these Micromassage Magic items are considered undergarments, strict regulations apply about their return.

Q. How long after placing an order will I receive the item(s)?

A. For Australian orders, this will be 2-3 working days.
For New Zealand orders, this will be 7-10 working days.

Q. Can I order for a specific date? 

A. Yes, if at least seven (7) days notice is given, solidea.com.au can, in most cases, arrange specific dates to meet your requirements. Please remember to outline this date in your special delivery instructions.

Q. What happens if the recipient misses the delivery?

A. For Australian orders, delivery will be as per normal Australia Post delivery. For New Zealand orders, parcel will be left at the letter box or front door as per normal delivery. For items which are insured, the delivery person will endeavour to obtain a signature of receipt. If not possible, the item can be redelivered; however, a second delivery charge apply.

Q. Can I order by phone or fax?

A. We encourage you to order in whatever method you feel comfortable. Please ensure that you always receive confirmation of your order to avoid disappointment.

Q. How do I know that my order has been received?

A. After ordering you will receive an email confirming your order from solidea.com.au.
